  Background

• Dave is a Wisconsin native and earned his degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
• He joined The Krizek Group in 1988 after having been with the Milwaukee office of Arthur Andersen & Co. for 13 years.
• He works closely with the clients of The Krizek Group to address accounting, reporting and tax considerations of benefit plans that are designed and implemented.
• He regularly consults with clients regarding issues such as split dollar and executive benefit reporting considerations, the impacts of changing policy crediting rates, and alternatives available to participants in the benefit plans that have been created.
• Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Certified Long Term Care designation.

  Family

• He is married to Patty and has a daughter, Christine.

  Activities

• Dave is a member of the AICPA and WICPA.
• Dave was a member of the Board of Directors of Brookfield Academy for 12 years serving as the school's Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee.
• He was one of the original Board members of the Wisconsin Workshop for the Blind when it became an entity separate from the State of Wisconsin.
• Outside of business Dave enjoys the outdoors including camping, fishing and hunting.

  Background

• Kevin is a Wisconsin native.
• He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in 1992. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance with an Insurance Emphasis.
• He has a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Long Term Care designations. He also holds a Insurance License for Life, Health, Property & Casualty and Series 6 and 63 licenses with FINRA .
• Kevin joined The Krizek Group in 1994 after having served as the Business Manager for a real estate firm.

  Family

• Kevin is married to Melissa and has a son, Dylan, and daughter, Kayla.

  Activities

• Kevin is active as an officer and alumni volunteer of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity at UW-Whitewater.
• Kevin enjoys golf, softball and fishing.

• He works with Ron and coordinates the underwriting process for his clients  

 Background

• Jesus is a native of Illinois.
• He graduated with a degree in Applied Mathematics/ Economics from Marquette University.
• He spent two years at Metropolitan Life in the Underwriting Department. Jesus underwrote group life, disability and dental insurance. 

Family

• His parents reside in Illinois.  
• Jesus has two brothers.

Activities

• Jesus loves to travel. He has visited the Zapotec ruins in Oaxaca, Mexico and the Mayan ruins in Tikal, Guatemala. He plans to continue traveling and visiting ancient archaeological sites in the future.
• He enjoys playing basketball, football, and golf in his spare time.

• Manage Ron’s appointments, coordinate meetings & conferences and Ron’s personal assistant.

Background

• Lori is a Wisconsin native and graduated from Nicolet High School.
• She joined The Krizek Group in 1993 as an Executive Assistant to Ron.
• She previously worked in the Tax Department at Miller Brewing Company.

Family

• Lori is married to Mark.

Activities

• Lori served on the Schussboomer Ski Club of Milwaukee Board of Directors for over 18 years.
• Lori has been a member of Executive Women International (EWI) since February 1999. She has served on numerous committees as well as Board of Director for 2002 and 2003.
• Lori volunteers her time as an activity guide and snow ski Guide with B.O.L.D. (Blind Outdoor Leisure Development) an organization for the blind and visually impaired of all ages.
• Lori and Mark both enjoy skiing, hunting, fishing and camping.

• Coordinates scheduling, ongoing client service needs, and office administration.

  Background

• Linda is a Michigan native.
• She joined The Krizek Group in 1998 after 3 years with the Medical College of Wisconsin and 16 years of service with NML in Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and Ohio.

  Family

• Linda is married to Bill and they have two sons; Chad (& wife, Krista) who live in Wisconsin, and Brad (& wife, Alison) who live in California.

  Activities

• Linda has completed several programs and courses offered through NML, UW-Waukesha and Waukesha County Technical College with a focus on office management and customer service.
• Linda is very active with St. Jerome Parish.
• Linda enjoys aerobic dance, gardening, and she and Bill love to travel.
